Christopher William Buescher is an American stock-car racing driver, representing RFK Racing in their No. 17 Ford Mustang Dark Horse in the NASCAR Cup Series. Buescher was born on October 29th, 1992, in Prosper, Texas, United States. He started racing as a Legends driver in 2005 and joined Roush Fenway Racing as a development driver competing in the ARCA competition in 2009. Buescher made his debut in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2016 with Front Row Motorsports. He was mentored by David Ragan, who also helped him procure a place in Roush Fenway’s Racing program.
Buescher's performance in the 2023 season earned him the Most Improved Driver award at the NASCAR Fan Choice Awards. Before his stint in NASCAR, he secured the ARCA Racing Series Rookie of the Year award in 2011.
