Luis Miguel Castillo is a Major League Baseball (MLB) pitcher born on December 12, 1992. He is from the Dominican Republic and currently plays for the Seattle Mariners. It was in 2017 that he debuted in Major League Baseball with the Cincinnati Reds.

In December 2011, Castillo signed a contract as an international free agent with the San Francisco Giants. Castillo and Kendry Flores were traded to the Miami Marlins on December 20, 2014, in exchange for Casey McGehee. He played with the Greensboro Grasshoppers in 2015 before being promoted to the Jupiter Hammerheads in July. Between the two clubs, he went 6–6 with a 3.20 ERA in 35 games (16 starts).

Castillo joined Jupiter at the start of the 2016 season and was promoted to the Jacksonville Suns.
