How to Train Your Dragon Island 2 guide

When playing How to Train Your Dragon on Roblox, you will have access to the whole map. However, some of the islands will pose a greater challenge than others and house some specific quests that can only be unlocked in a chronological order. Island 2 in the game holds one of these quests and can be slightly confusing for some players.

Hence, this article offers a brief guide to unlock the second island's quest and complete it.

You must fulfil two conditions before you can unlock and complete the Island 2 quest called Rescue Deadly Nadder.

Complete the Island 1 quest and rescue the Gronckle.
Reach Dragon Rider level 5.

To complete the first step, head over to the main island and talk to Hiccup. You can find him by looking for the Toothless symbol near a hut on the shore. He will ask you to head over to the first island and rescue Gronckle by destroying a couple of targets. As for the second objective, you must complete various tasks to obtain XP.

This can be done by destroying targets, bonding with your dragon, and exploring other tasks. Once you reach level five, head back to Hiccup and get the quest to visit Island 2.

How to reach Island 2 and complete the quest

Starting from the main island with different NPCs, all you need to do is hop onto your dragon and start moving towards the island with the Deadly Nadder tag over it. The island also has a two-star difficulty, further allowing you to identify it easily. Once you get near the island, its defenses will start shooting projectiles.

Your first task is to destroy all 25 of these targets. Note that they are spread across the island and can be quite deadly if you don't know how to fly well and dodge them. Some of them are placed in hard corners, with others covering them, further increasing the difficulty of this island.

Once you deal with all 25 of the targets, simply head over to the middle of the map by following the yellow exclamation mark. You will find the Deadly Nadder inside a cage. Now, dismount from your dragon and go near the cage. Next, press E to free the creature and add it to your inventory, and complete the quest.
