Simply put, yes, your Black Ops 6 Prestige will carry over to Warzone. After its integration with Black Ops 6, Warzone's progression system has received massive changes. Players are no longer limited by a level cap, which used to be the case with previous iterations, where it is the season that determines how high one could level up in the game and the Prestige levels they could get to.
Following the integration, all players will be able to get to the highest Prestige level without having to wait for a new season.

How does the Prestige system work in Warzone after the Black Ops 6 integration?
Since both Warzone and Black Ops 6 are now integrated, the Prestige system, too, is synched across the two titles. Here's a brief overview of how the system works:
- You will start from Level 1, with the potential to go up to Level 55.
- Once Level 55 is reached, they can opt for Prestige. If you do, you'll be enrolled in Prestige 1 Level 1. This means all the items, be it weapons or Perks, you unlocked till Level 55 will be gone, and you must start from Level 1 again.
- This process continues until you complete Prestige 10.
- After completing Prestige 10, you achieve Prestige Mastery.
- In Prestige Mastery, you can go up to Level 1000.
That's the gist of how the Prestige system works in the battle royale title. However, since the two titles are integrated and in sync, you will level up and Prestige at the same time across the two games.
This, however, poses a problem. For instance, if you enter Prestige in Black Ops 6, and it's at Prestige 3 Level 1, and your favorite loadout in WZ consists of AS VAL, which is unlocked at Level 55, you won't be able to use that loadout since you are now at Level 1 in the game.
The same is also applied to all in-game items, such as Perks, Equipment, Streaks and more. Regardless, with each Prestige level, you will earn certain goodies that are worth keeping.
