The final reward for completing MW3 and Warzone Season 5 Week 2 challenges is the JAK Cataclysm Aftermarket Kit for the RPK LMG. Please note that all five tasks must be accomplished in one mode for you to get this item. This means that if you complete three challenges in Zombies and two in Multiplayer, although you completed five challenges, you won't get the reward.

The JAK Cataclysm Aftermarket Kit allows the RPK to fire devastating .50 Caliber rounds. Although you will gain insane damage output out of the RPK with the item equipped, you will lose out on the fire rate as compensation for the high damage.

Despite the toned-down rate of fire, with the Kit equipped the RPK packs quite a punch and can eliminate enemies instantly, making it a must-unlock item in the games.
