Paulina Paris is a collegiate basketball guard for the University of Arizona, representing the Wildcats in the Big 12 Conference. She attended Saddle River Day School in New York, where she was named to the 2022 Jordan Brand Classic Girls National Team. Paris was a two-sport athlete during her high school career. Apart from basketball, she also focused on track and field and concluded first in Rockland County in the 100 meters in eighth grade. She played for New Jersey Sparks EYBL and moved to Albertus Magnus High School to spend her freshman and sophomore years. Paris won Rockland Player of the Year honors twice at Albertus Magnus High School. While she was in her junior year, Paris averaged 24.4 points per game. Additionally, she earned second-team All-State honors. She also helped Saddle River conclude second by scoring 23 points in the state championship game, as per North Carolina's official website.

In addition to this, Paris also helped them to the 2022 county championship after scoring a game-high 34 points and recording 37 in the state semifinal game to help Saddle River reach the championship game. Upon graduation, Paris enrolled at the University of North Carolina in 2022. As a freshman at North Carolina in the 2022-23 season, Paris attended 33 games and started four of those. She averaged 6.3 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game. She also grabbed the All-ACC Academic Team honor. As a sophomore in the 2022-23 season, she appeared in 15 games and was a starter in eight of those games.
