Bear Alexander is one of the sought-after defensive linemen who is currently playing with the USC Trojans in his junior year of college football. Alexander attended five different schools in his career before finally landing at IMG Academy in his senior year. Before IMG, Alexander spent his junior year at Denton Ryan High School where he led them to the Texas 5A state championship.
Coming out of IMG as the No.15 prospect in the state of Texas in the 2021 recruiting class, Alexander started his collegiate football journey with Georgia Bulldogs over offers from Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia Tech, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Ohio State, Ole Miss, and Tennessee among others. In his true freshman year at Georgia, Alexander saw action in 12 games, recording nine total tackles including two quarterback sacks and 13 QB hurries. After helping the Bulldogs to their second consecutive national title, Alexander entered the NCAA transfer portal to join the USC Trojans for the 2023 season. Last season, Alexander had a productive season with the Trojans racking up 48 tackles including 6.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks. Despite several rumors of him entering the transfer portal once again in 2024, Alexander confirmed his stay at USC.
