Benjamin Morrison is a football cornerback who spent three years on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish roster. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona, and started playing high school football at Brophy College Preparatory. In his sophomore and junior years, Benjamin Morrison saw action in 15 games and tallied 73 total tackles, 65 solo and 9.5 tackles for loss. As a senior, he posted 53 tackles and two interceptions and participated in the 2022 Polynesian Bowl. He was rated a four-star recruit by all major sport outlets and was ranked the No.3 player in the state of Arizona according to Rivals and 247Sports. Following his prep career, Morrison received offers from Division I schools like Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Auburn, Duke, Michigan, Minnesota, Penn State, and UNLV, among others.

Morrison began his collegiate journey with Notre Dame and played in all 13 games during his true freshman campaign. As a rookie, he was named a Freshman All-American and concluded the year with 33 total tackles, as per Notre Dame's roster page. In 2023, as a sophomore, he appeared in 12 games and posted 31 total tackles. Last season, Morrison was named a team captain but saw action in only six games. According to ESPN, Morrison sustained a hip injury in a game against Stanford and underwent hip surgery, which sidelined him for the remainder of the campaign. Morrison's junior campaign was cut short, and the cornerback decided to enter the 2025 NFL Draft (via Reuters).
