#7 Hardik Pandya - 91 Vs Kolkata Knight Riders, 2019

After losing six games on the trot, KKR was in a must-win situation against Mumbai Indians. The Eden Gardens witnessed some outstanding hitting from the home team as Andre Russell's 40-ball 80 powered Kolkata to 232.
Trying to force the issue, the Mumbai batsmen kept losing wickets. The score was 58/4 when Hardik Pandya came into bat. Although he was in great form, many thought the match would be a one-sided affair as the required run-rate was over 15 for the last 11 overs.
But the all-rounder launched a brutal attack, being especially effective against Sunil Narine and Piyush Chawla -- with four boundaries and seven sixes against the duo.
He brought up the season's fastest fifty off just 17 balls. Mumbai suddenly was in line to do the improbable but it was asking too much of the 25-year old. He ended up with 91 off just 34 balls as his knock helped Mumbai salvage pride in the encounter.
