Yuvraj Singh, the player who was part of India’s 2000 U-19 World Cup team, 2007 T20 World Cup team and the 2011 World Cup Team has inspired many for his comeback after his fight against Cancer. Out of the three tournaments above, he won the man of the series award in two of them.

He was the man who played a very important role in all the tournaments for the team. People often remember for his six sixes that he smashed against the England bowler Stuart Broad at the T20 world cup in 2007. After returning from Cancer he never was able to cement his place in the Indian side due to his non-consistent performance.

In IPL he has played for Kings XI Punjab, Pune Warriors India, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Delhi Daredevils and Sunrisers Hyderabad. He was the costliest player in 2014 IPL auction with a price of 14 Crores INR.

He was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore. He is currently in auction pool with a base price of 2 Crores INR. With his poor batting performance in the last season of IPL even if some team pick him this surely will be his last IPL.
