After suffering two back-to-back home losses against Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders, Royal Challengers Bangalore welcome Mumbai Indians now. Both the teams have had a torrid time in the tournament thus far and are stuck on the wrong end of the points table. MI, however, did defeat CSK in their last match.

RCB were forced to make quite a few changes in their playing XI for their encounter against KKR as AB de Villiers had to sit out due to a bout of viral fever. In this match, however, the South African batsman is expected to make a comeback.

Virat Kohli is expected to replace Brendon McCullum as one of the openers in the match. Baz will have to make way so that De Villiers can be brought in the line-up as the fourth foreigner. Quinton de Kock will retain his position in the side.

ABD will walk in after the fall of first wicket and would want to continue from where he left. The South African smashed CSK bowlers to all parts of the park in a 64-run knock, however, his team fell to a defeat then.

Manan Vohra and Mandeep Singh are once again expected to man the middle order and might have debutant Moeen Ali to assist them. Colin de Grandhomme hasn't performed to his potential so far and would make way for the English all-rounder, most probably.

The bowling line-up, supposedly, will consist of the same players who took the field against KKR. Murugan Ashwin bagged two wickets against KKR and so did Mohammed Siraj. The rest of the bowlers (Tim Southee, Umesh Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal), however, weren't among the wickets but will retain their place in the XI for the MI encounter.
