During the IPL 2013, Chris Gayle, in a match against the Pune Warriors, scored a scintillating knock of 175 runs in 66 balls. The blitz consisted of 13 fours and 17 sixes and eventually helped the Royal Challengers Bangalore to post a mammoth total of 263, which is also the highest total in the history of IPL. RCB won the game by 130 runs.
