Mandeep Singh could have been the key factor for KXIP

Kings XI Punjab shuffled their squad a lot throughout the tournament. So many of their players only managed to play only half of the matches in the league stage. Nicholas Pooran, Murugan Ashwin, Andrew Tye, and David Miller all underwhelming with their performances, but the number of opportunities that Mandeep Singh had, to prove himself as a solid middle-order batsman, was not capitalized by the Punjab batsman properly.

Mandeep Singh scored 165 runs in his 13 matches and failed to capitalize on big moments. He did up his game in a couple of innings, but consistency could have made the difference. Mandeep Singh is an experienced batsmen, whose performance could have made all the difference for Kings XI Punjab failed middle order this season.
