Sunrisers Hyderabad made their IPL debut in 2013. Since then, they have qualified for the playoffs on three occasions and they emerged victorious in the 2016 edition of the tournament. Legendary players like Ashish Nehra and Yuvraj Singh have played for the Sunrisers Hyderabad along with young sensations like Mustafizur Rahman and Rashid Khan as well.

Here's a look at four star players who were a part of SRH at some stage in their IPL career.

#4 Quinton de Kock

The South African's first IPL stint was with the Sunrisers Hyderabad as he represented the 'Orange Army' in 2013. He played three matches for them and could only score 6 runs. The 25-year-old wicket-keeper batsman is one of the best in the world and has thus been tagged as the next big thing in world cricket.

SRH didn't retain the keeper batsman for the 2014 edition and he went on to play for the Delhi Daredevils in the subsequent editions. However, the prolific batsman now plays for the Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore.

#3 Aaron Finch

The burly Australian is an IPL veteran. He has featured in the Indian Premier League since 2010 and played for the Hyderabad-based franchise in 2014. The Victoria-born player represented SRH in 13 matches and scored 233 runs at a poor strike rate of 117. He also had a captaincy stint with the now-defunct, Pune Warriors, in 2013 but was unsuccessful as a captain.

He wasn't retained for the next season and the Mumbai Indians eventually bought him in 2015. He has plied his trade for seven franchises, thus becoming the only player to do so. He now plays for the Kings XI Punjab.

#2 Chris Lynn

The Queensland-born lad is one of the most destructive batsmen in the world, however, the T20 specialist never played a match for the Sunrisers Hyderabad. He was with them for the 2013 edition before being bought by the Kolkata Knight Riders in 2014 and the hard-hitting Australian has gone from strength to strength since last year's IPL.

Lynn was also a part of the now-defunct Deccan Chargers in 2012. Currently, he still plays for the Kolkata Knight Riders and is key batsman for them at the top of the order.

#1 KL Rahul

The prolific run scorer from Karnataka started his IPL journey in 2013 with the Royal Challengers Bangalore. The run machine joined the Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2014 and played 11 matches and scored 166 runs at a poor strike rate of 101. He was retained for the 2015 edition by SRH and played 9 matches scoring 142 runs at a better strike rate of 113.

Rahul was released by SRH for the 2016 edition and was bought back by RCB in 2016, which proved to be a fruitful season for him as he amassed 397 runs in 14 matches at a strike rate of 147.

He joined the Kings XI Punjab this year and is the Orange cap holder with 471 runs in 10 matches.
