One of Mumbai Indians' biggest collapse was against the Kings XI Punjab during IPL 2011, when the Sachin Tendulkar-led side failed to chase down a 164-run target at Mohali.

Coming into the game as table-toppers, MI won the toss and opted to field first. The Punjab batters started well with the Australian duo of Shaun Marsh (43) and skipper Adam Gilchrist (28) combining well for 70 runs partntership. Dinesh Karthik applied the finishing touches with a 24-ball 34 to take Punjab to 163/8 from 20 overs.

Munaf Patel was the pick of the bowlers with figures of 5/21 from four overs but that was just the beginning as MI now needed to hold the fort and chase the target down.

Aiden Blizzard started off well while Tendulkar was happy to farm the strike. However, by the fifth over, the openers were followed by Rohit Sharma were back in the dugout as MI found themselves in danger at 27-3.

Andrew Symonds and Ambati Rayudu managed to stay at the crease for a bit before both fell in the space of two overs while Tirumalasetti Suman lost his wicket to Ryan Harris as MI were now staring down the barrel at 55-6.

A touch of resistance from West Indian Kieron Pollard in the company of Harbhajan Singh got the score moving until left-arm orthodox spinner Bhargav Bhatt weaved a web around the batsmen.

Bhatt first castled Harbhajan and then returned in the next over to remove Pollard, Dhawal Kulkarni and Munaf Patel in just four balls as KXIP celebrated a massive 76-run win.
