It is surprising given that Mandeep has been opening for the Kings XI throughout the season. As shown by the table below he has failed to start the innings with a bang, especially given the fact that sub-continent is considered the heaven for opening batsman. The other interesting stat is the fact that this table includes as many as three Sunrisers batsman, which clearly sums up their batting woes throughout the season, and if are knocked out of the tournament then a part of the blame should go to their batting unit.
