Former 2-time WWE Tag-Champions The New Day will be in India from 10th to 12th May, and they will appear in an episode of the IPL analysis show Extraaa Innings T20.

In case you didn’t know...
The New Day hold the record for the longest ever WWE Tag-Team Championship run which clocks in at 483 days. During last month’s Superstar Shake-Up, the trio was drafted to WWE SmackDown Live but are yet to make their debut because of the injury suffered by Kofi Kingston. New Day members Kofi Kingston, and Big E will be in India from 10th to 12th May to help promote the WWE in India.
The heart of the matter
New Day members Kofi Kingston, and Big E will be in India later this month as part of a WWE promotional tour. As part of it, the duo will now be on IPL analysis show Extraaa Innings T20 on 10th May at 7 PM during the preshow for the Gujrat Lions vs. Delhi Daredevils match.

What’s next?
With Kofi Kingston almost back from injury, expect New Day to make their SmackDown Live debut soon after Kofi and Big E’s India tour. Expect New Day to slot seamlessly into SmackDown Live’s tag-team title scene.

As a huge New Day fan as well as being a big fan of the IPL, I’m excited to see New Day’s take on cricket and the IPL. However, it will be interesting to see what kind of knowledge the New Day have about cricket seeing that the sport isn’t popular in the United States.
