Fortnite is a free-to-play battle royale video game that was released way back in 2017 with his only mode being Save The World. However, with the increasing battle royale hype, the game tried to shape battle royale in terms of its vivid animation and funny characters and cosmetics. Slowly the audience of the game grew and the live in-game events and competitive tournaments brought new players into the game and made the game very popular in terms of views and player's playtime.


Locations or point of interests on the Fortnite map allows players to locate the major towns or hot spots on the map and plan their entourage according to them. After the battle bus drops the players onto the match, players have a choice of either landing onto these Fortnite locations or land at an unnamed point of interest to gain their loot without much contention from other players.


Typically, Named points of interests or Fortnite locations have better chest spawns which allow players to have better gear than a person landing at an unnamed point of interest in the game. Thus, these points of interests become somewhat of a nostalgic component for the players who land at a particular place throughout the season and learn the common chest spawns that the location.


Over the past 14 seasons in Fortnite, point of interests change is the most consistent and the most dynamic change made in the game. With each new season, players can expect a new Point of interest in the game and these are related to the theme of the season.


Some of these point of interests, like the Deadpool Yacht, Coral Castle, Stark Industries, Panther's prowl, The collection are related to the Marvel and DC collaboration in the game and they bring many points of interests from their fictional world as to give players an initiative to wait for the new season every time it ends.
