KL Rahul (PBKS) (WK) (11.5 Credits) - OUT: I'm releasing Rahul ahead of this game. He'll be back in my team for PBKS' clash against MI on Friday.

Devdutt Padikkal (BAT) (RCB) (9 Credits)- IN: Watching Padikkal struggle in his first two outings this season, it's easy to forget that he was RCB's highest run-scorer last season. He's a class player and should come good for RCB in their next game, though.

1) Jonny Bairstow (SRH) (WK) (9.5 Credits) - OUT: Bairstow's place in the team is always at risk, despite his decent performances so far. While he's an explosive option to consider if he plays, I'll be dropping him, especially with SRH not featuring until Sunday.

Suresh Raina (CSK) (BAT) (9.5 Credits) - IN: After a couple of lacklustre outings, Suresh Raina will look to get back to form against one of his favourite opponents. His batting at number four has reduced his chances of getting runs in the powerplay, but considering KKR's good new ball attack, he should get to bat and score some runs for his side.

2) Bhuvneshwar Kumar (SRH) (BOWL) (9 Credits) - OUT: Bhuvneshwar Kumar hasn't really inspired confidence on his return to the IPL. His fellow SRH bowlers have found it easier to bowl on the Chennai track, and while I'll consider him for games at other venues, I feel that removing him is the right choice for now.

Andre Russell (KKR) (ALL) (11 Credits) - IN: Andre Russell got some much-needed runs under his belt in KKR's loss to RCB. He'll look to bounce back with his bowling at the death after being taken down by ABD. The Wankhede wicket should suit him nicely, and he should get some runs with the bat as well.

I'm pretty happy with the mix of players I have for this game. Not having Andre Russell for the last two games did scare me, and I missed out on quite a few points there. However, I'm expecting both him and Suresh Raina to do well on a batting-friendly Wankhede track.

Captain and Vice-Captain Picks: Moeen Ali, Andre Russell, Suresh Raina, and Shubman Gill.

Moeen Ali has emerged as a standout captaincy option this season, and I won't be surprised if he hauls big in this game as well. Andre Russell and Suresh Raina are, as always, solid options to consider. The two young KKR batters in Shubman Gill and Rahul Tripathi could prove to be good differential picks as well.

Moeen Ali (CSK) (ALL) (8.5 Credits): Moeen Ali has got off to some great starts but has been guilty of throwing his wicket away. He'll look to play with some more composure and get a good score in this match.

Shubman Gill (BAT) (KKR) (9 Credits): With 69 runs at a strike rate of 150, Shubman Gill's IPL 2021 campaign has got off to a middling start. While he'll be pleased with the improvement in his strike rate, he'll look to stay at the crease longer and play a more substantial knock for his team.

Rahul Tripathi (KKR) (BAT) (7.5 Credits): Rahul Tripathi was the 'Man of the Match' in KKR's win over CSK last season. He has looked very comfortable at number three and will look to get a good score against CSK.

Andre Russell (KKR) (ALL) (11 Credits): Andre Russell has a high ceiling for points and could contribute with both bat and ball in this match. Expect him to deliver the goods in this crucial game for his team.

Suresh Raina (CSK) (BAT) (9.5 Credits): Suresh Raina batted beautifully in CSK's opener against DC but struggled to get his timing right against PBKS and RR. He'll look to regain his mojo against the KKR bowlers and get back among the runs on Wednesday.
