GTA Online Treasure Chest locations today

The GTA Online Treasure Chest locations are once again trending thanks to the latest update. Till July 30, 2025, gamers will earn 2x cash and RP by finding the treasure on the Cayo Perico island. However, there are a total of 19 different locations, but only two are made available each day on a random basis. While that alone won't help you become a millionaire, it is a decent amount that can be acquired easily while playing The Cayo Perico Heist.

It should be noted that the locations of these Treasure Chests are not marked on the map, making them a bit tricky to find. Additionally, they can only be collected during a specific mission of The Cayo Perico Heist.

Two GTA Online Treasure Chests are available every day on the Cayo Perico island. To collect them, you must start The Cayo Perico Heist's Gather Intel mission, in which you get to visit the island. One of the two Treasure Chests for any given day will be on land, and the other will be underwater.

Given below are the two GTA Treasure Chest locations for today, marked with red circles.

Following the coordinates shown in the map above, the first Treasure Chest location today can be found underwater just north of the airstrip.

The second GTA Online Treasure Chest location today can be found next to the dirt cul-de-sac located in the southern part of the island.

Avoid getting spotted by guards or CCTV cameras while exploring the island. Upon finding a Treasure Chest, stand near it and press the button prompted in the top-left corner of your screen to collect it.

Note that each playthrough of this heist costs $100,000. Instead of paying that setup fee every time you want to collect Treasure Chests, you can start the heist once and not complete it. Then, you will be able to go back to the island for free (as long as the heist is incomplete) every day.

GTA Online Treasure Chest locations: Rewards

Each collected Treasure Chest rewards $25,000 and 1,000 RP. Therefore, you can acquire a total of 50,000 and 2,000 RP every day by collecting both Cayo Perico Treasure Chests.

However, as the double payout period is live, both of the GTA Online Treasure Chests will give $75,000 and 3,000 RP.
