"wtf is this Rockstar": Fire Blazing Osiris ruins GTA Online player's gameplay

The GTA Online gameplay can surprise anyone with unexpected glitches. Recently, a Redditor named Communist Corner (u/communistcorner) shared a video on r/gtaonline where their vehicle caught fire without any reason. The incident was certainly frustrating as they were trying to complete a mission in the game.

The user posted the video with the following caption:

“Ignore my frustration, but wtf is this rockstar?”

One Redditor named EditEd2x (u/EditEd2x) commented that Rockstar Games included this thing as a “fix for a dupe glitch”. They also added that the bug occurs when a public lobby suddenly empties leaving you alone on the map.

Another user named Potential-Tension-67 (u/Potential-Tension-67) stated that the bug happened to them in the past several times.

Some other users also stated the occurrence of the bug before. This signifies that while the instance is not common, it may happen sometimes.

Taking a jibe at the realism of Grand Theft Auto Online, Redditor Honest-Purpose4612 (u/Honest-Purpose4612) commented:

“That AMG v12 can overheat sometimes. Rockstar was just making it realistic to irl lol.”

Another user, MitchLawtonLSPD (u/MitchLawtonLSPD), also hilariously commented:

“Rockstar: We've been noticing you're trying to make some money and not buying our Shark Card, so how about we set your little car on fire. It's funny right? Buy our shark cards? Pretty please?”

Another Redditor Steph (u/YallRedditForThis) commented that such bugs have become very common after the most recent Grand Theft Auto Online: Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC update:

"This happened to my Pounder Custom randomly caught fire mid sale with 360 crates I quickly closed session before it exploded. There's been lots of bugs since the last update & indare say it will keep happening the closer we get to VI releasing. They'll stop patching to force people over to the new game & to start all over again."
