There are a host of biomes or such arenas to explore — ranging from the common plains to the Pale Garden, which is notoriously difficult to find. However, there are simple ways to cut down the effort and dive into your favorite part of the world right away.
Here's how you can find any biome in Minecraft.
Use these simple steps to locate any biome in Minecraft
1) Use Minecraft seeds

Luckily, we have scoured far and wide for some of the best Minecraft seeds so that you can dive into your favorite biome in the game right away.
However, it is essential to remember that with updates, the location of many biomes and structures on the map can experience a change. Make sure to check before you load into the world.

2) Use the locate command

If you like to play with commands turned on, you can use the locate command to get hold of your favorite biome without needing to explore far and wide.
If you do not have commands turned on, you can do it easily. For Java Edition, you can choose the Allow Commands tab and set it to ON before creating the world. As for the Bedrock edition, simply head into the settings and turn on cheats before or after the world is created.
Once done, use this command to locate your preferred biome:
/locate biome minecraft: <biome name>
Replace <biome name> with the biome you are looking for and ensure that you have entered the name correctly before you enter the command. Once located, you can teleport to the location using the /tp command or just brave the challenges of the world and travel there.
However, it is essential to remember that turning on cheats in the Bedrock edition might prevent you from earning certain achievements in the game — so if you're out hunting for the latest accolade, it is recommended that you avoid this method to find a biome in Minecraft.
3) Use the Minecraft seed map

If the methods mentioned above seem like too much effort, then you're in luck. You can use our handy Minecraft seed map to uncover the secrets of your world and locate your favorite biome in Minecraft easily.
Here's how you can use the seed map to locate your favorite biome in Minecraft:
- In the search bar on the left, enter or paste your world seed (if you do not know your seed, just open up commands and type /seed to get it).
- Now, choose the dimension as 'Overworld'.
- Next, just select the version of Minecraft your world is in (make sure this is correct since updates can change the location of the biomes and structures in your world).
- Choose your biome height if required or leave it at the default Max height (Y=320).
- Once everything looks good, click the button marked Go next to the seed input.
Once you have entered the details, the map will load an image of your world with the location of all the biomes displayed on it. Simply hover over each of the colored sections to locate your desired biome in Minecraft. You can also choose the Show Legend option on the left to load the color attributed to each area to locate it easily.
