The Baltimore Orioles drafted Josh Ronald Hader with the 582nd overall pick in the 2012 MLB draft. As a pitcher, he has played in the MiLB under the Baltimore Orioles and the Houston Astros. Transitioning to the MLB, he has represented the Milwaukee Brewers and San Diego Padres so far. From the 2024 season onwards, he will be a member of the Houston Astros in the league.


Josh Hader made his MLB debut with the Milwaukee Brewers on June 10, 2017. Since then, he has established himself to be an impressive reliever in MLB. He is notable for his dangerous fastballs and sliders which are a legitimate threat to any batter. Hader has become a five-time MLB All-Star player since his debut. Josh Hader was born and raised in Millersville, Maryland, United States. He enrolled at Old Mill High School in Millersville, Maryland, United States and played varsity baseball for the Old Mill Patriots, his school team. As a senior in the team, he was notable for having 125 strikeouts along with a win-loss record of 10-0 and an ERA of 0.30. After his high school career, Josh Hader was going to enroll himself at Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Maryland, United States. However, he was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles with the 582nd overall pick in the 2012 MLB June Amateur draft and he signed with the team.
