Sol Ruca is an American female professional grappler and is currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). She is as of now a performer on the NXT brand. Ruca has performed in a total of 40 professional fights as of January 2024 with a winning percentage of 45%. Pro Wrestling Illustrated (PWI) named Sol Ruca the Rookie of the Year in 2023.

Sol Ruca’s Early Life

Sol Ruca graduated in 2017 from Western Christian Secondary School in Upland, California. She completed higher studies and has a degree in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon, USA.

Sol Ruca’s Professional Wrestling Career

Sol Ruca was part of a new batch of recruited wrestlers endorsed to the WWE Performance Center in March 2022. She had no past involvement in proficient wrestling, rather coming from gymnastics and tumbling background. Ruca made her in-ring debut at a house show on June 24 in Jacksonville. A couple of months after the fact she made her television debut on the September 27, 2022, episode of NXT 2.0. In that event, she went head to head against Amari Miller, which finished in a triumph for Ruca.
