
Calyx Harmony Hampton, known by her WWE ring name Sol Ruca, is an American wrestler of African American descent. She was born on August 26, 1999, in Ontario, California, USA. Before joining WWE, Ruca was a gymnast and a member of her school’s gymnastics team.
Ruca began her WWE journey in March 2022 at the age of 22, joining the WWE Performance Center as an acrobatics and tumbling athlete, despite having no prior wrestling experience. Ruca made her NXT debut with a win over Amari Miller and later faced several other competitors, including Valentina Feroz, Fallon Henley, and Lola Vice. She also had a storyline rivalry with Blair Davenport, culminating in a victorious No Disqualification Beach Brawl match.
