Abigail aka Abby Tamer is an American field hockey forward representing the U.S. National Team. Born on July 9, 2003, she plays for the University of Michigan, majoring in applied exercise science. Abby has quickly made a name for herself on the international stage, starting with her role on the U.S. U-21 team, where she earned 13 caps and scored four goals.
She has achieved significant success with the senior national team as well. She won a gold medal at the 2023 Junior Pan American Championship in Barbados, where she was named Most Valuable Player.
