Sagen Maddalena is an American professional shooter who currently serves as a sergeant in the United States Army. She also teaches at the Army Marksmanship Unit. Maddalena won three gold medals at the 2024 CAT Games in the Women's 50m Smallbore Rifle and Women's 10m Air Rifle. She also won gold and bronze medals at the 2023 Baku World Championships in the 50 m rifle three positions team event.

Four-time NRA first-team All-American Maddalena attended her maiden Civilian Marksmanship Program at Ohio. She acquired fifth position in her maiden debut at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. Maddalena won a silver medal in the women's 50m small bore rifle event at the 2023 Pan American Games.

Maddalena was awarded distinguished Rifleman during the Civilian Marksmanship Program. She won two gold medals at the 2021 Wroclaw final in the 50 m rifle three positions and 50 m rifle three positions team event. Maddalena recently qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics in the small-bore rifle and Women's Air Rifle categories.
