Thomas John Jaeschke is an American professional volleyball player. He plays as an outside hitter for the Panasonic Panthers and the U.S. national team. He won a bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016 and is qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympics. He attended Loyola University of Chicago, where he majored in finance and helped Loyola win the 2014 and 2015 NCAA Men's DI-II National Championships.

Jaeschke was named the 2015 AVCA Player of the Year before leaving Loyola after his junior year to play for Asseco Resovia in Poland's professional league.
