Tonight's edition of Monday Night Raw saw Paul Heyman come out to the ring and deliver a scathing promo on the upcoming Extreme Rules PPV. Heyman announced that Brock Lesnar will be cashing in his Money In The Bank contract at the PPV against Seth Rollins or Kofi Kingston. It's worth noting here that Lesnar has teased cashing in his MITB contract in the recent past, but hasn't done it yet.

Heyman hinted that either he is telling the truth, or is just messing up with Seth and Kofi's heads. He then dropped the mic and left the ring. This promo has led to speculation among fans as to whether they will finally get to see Lesnar cash in his contract this Sunday at the PPV. If he does end up doing it, let's take a look at 5 exciting scenarios for Lesnar's cash-in at Extreme Rules.

At Extreme Rules, the WWE Champion will face possibly his toughest opponent ever since he won the title at The Show of Shows. It's a given that the match against Samoa Joe will take a lot out of Kofi. This presents the simplest scenario for Lesnar to come out and pick up the pieces.

Kofi somehow manages to steal a victory over Joe, leaving him enraged. A vicious beatdown follows, after which Joe leaves. Lesnar's music hits and out comes The Beast. The beatdown has been so brutal, Lesnar doesn't even bother hitting an F5 on Kingston, and simply cashes in and pins him to win the belt.

#4 The New Day gang up on Lesnar

This seems an incredibly likely scenario in case WWE doesn't want to feed Kofi to Lesnar. Looking at the size difference and how vicious Brock can be, one just can't see Kofi being able to survive for long against him. But what if Kofi gets some backup?

The angle could see Kofi managing to defeat Samoa Joe after a brutal encounter. Lesnar enters the ring and cashes in his contract. As he is about to destroy a helpless Kingston, his New Day counterparts hit the ring with a couple of chairs.

A beatdown ensues, which gives Kingston enough time to get on his toes and join his brothers to deliver a barrage of chair shots to Lesnar. The cash-in fails and The Beast kicks off a rivalry with The New Day, which could be used to kick off his transition to the blue brand.

This scenario could see Corbin and Evans become champions after defeating the power couple. Suddenly, Lesnar's music hits and Lacey runs off in fear. Corbin pleads with Lesnar to give him some time as the crowd erupts for Lesnar in unison.

The bell is rung, The Beast immediately picks up Corbin and hits a thunderous F5. Corbin's first reign ends in a hurry and Lesnar walks out of Extreme Rules with the Universal Title on his waist. This scenario could result in a Triple Threat match at Summerslam featuring Lesnar, Rollins, and Corbin.

Remember how Brock Lesnar was once on the receiving end of a mid-match cash-in? He lost the WWE World Title to Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 31, when The Architect cashed-in his MITB contract in the closing moments of the match. Let Lesnar be on the other side of the stick here.

As Joe and Kofi are laying in the ring after beating each other senseless, Lesnar's music hits to a loud roar. He immediately cashes in the contract and inserts himself into the match. The next few seconds will see him deliver two F5s to the two competitors, followed by an easy pin on Kingston.

Lesnar could later explain that something exactly like this had happened to him years ago. It ended up giving him the idea for his cash-in, and he used the same tactic to come out victorious.

#1 Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch put down The Beast

What if?

There have been many who are clamoring for a face-off between Brock Lesnar and Becky Lynch, even though there's no doubt as to how it will end for "The Man". This gives rise to an exciting scenario for Brock's cash-in. Let Rollins and Lynch win the main event of the night.

As the couple celebrates, Lesnar comes out. The Beast hits the ring and delivers an F5 to Rollins, as a helpless Becky watches. Somehow, she gathers enough courage to face The Beast, as the crowd erupts in anticipation of what would come next.

Lesnar stares down at Lynch, and yells at the top of his voice, "Suplex City". The fans shudder at the thought of what's about to happen, when suddenly a sneaky Rollins hits a brutal low-blow on Lesnar from behind, mimicking their WrestleMania spot. Rollins snaps at the fact that Lesnar was about to deliver a German Suplex on his girlfriend.

He picks up a chair, looks at Lynch, picks another chair, and hits the ring. A double beatdown on a fallen Lesnar ends the show. Rollins saving Lynch from Lesnar is something that is bound to garner a loud ovation from the live crowd.
