KKR won their second game on the trot to move to the top of the table. After winning the toss and bowling first, KKR's spinners controlled the game and restricted Rajasthan Royals to 160 even after the wonderful start provided by Rahane. While Narine had a bad day and conceded 48 runs in four overs, the other three spinners, Piyush Chawla, Kuldeep Yadav, and Nitish Rana, conceded just 52 runs off 10 overs and claimed four wickets. After a good performance with the ball, KKR needed their batsmen to finish the job and that is what they did. Except for Chris Lynn, all the other batsmen did their job, building important partnerships along the way. Uthappa and Narine added 49 runs for the second wicket. After Narine's wicket, Rana scored 35 useful runs. It was the captain of KKR, Dinesh Karthik, who finished the match for them, scoring 42 off just 23 balls. Here is how Twitter reacted to KKR's win:It has been 2172 days since Rajasthan Royals last lost a match in Jaipur #IPL2018 #RRvKKR— Sportskeeda (@Sportskeeda) April 18, 2018Not Sure What Is More Shocking, Ajinkya Rahane Smoking A Bowler For 4 Straight Fours Or The Fact That Bowler Was Sunil Narine. #RRvKKR #RRvsKKR #KKRvRR— Sir Ravindra Jadeja (@SirJadeja) April 18, 2018"Class" word should be replaced with ajinkya rahane in dictionary In this rash t20 era he is a gem of a player Whaat a shot master shot#RRvKKR— $hubh Patil (@SHUBH_AD) April 18, 2018Bowling slow bowlers in tandem to Darcy short is a good strategy, but they also should have known the fact that Rahanae is a wonderful player against spin!!#RRvKKR— BrainFaden Smith (@brainfadesmith) April 18, 2018BOSSDK. 😍 #RRvKKR pic.twitter.com/DmT3rGKc3E— samreen (@SamreenRazzaqui) April 18, 2018I don't even remember how many people have had debates with me over here about Karthik's keeping skills, calling him an average keeper. Should’ve been picked for the Indian test tour last year. He’s shown more “intent” against the spinners than Warner ever did. 👏🏻👏🏻— Duke of Kookaburra (@Nimbus_Firebolt) April 18, 2018Unlike in the #BBL, D'arcy Short has not been able to provide powerful starts in #IPL2018 https://t.co/DmECfQwVml #RRvKKR #IPL2018 pic.twitter.com/NZESGf1Vag— ESPNcricinfo (@ESPNcricinfo) April 18, 2018Narine 48 runs in 4 overs and 0 wickets.#RRvKKR pic.twitter.com/9XHbnKVoGz— SHAH RUKH KHAN.
