Carlos Antonio Rodón is an American pitcher in Major Leagues Baseball (MLB). Carlos was born on December 10, 1992, in Miami, Florida. He was selected in the 2011 MLB draft by the Milwaukee Brewers but chose to attend college instead at North Carolina State University. In college, he played baseball for the NC State Wolfpack college team. While in college, he was part of the USA Baseball's Collegiate National Team. The team had put him as a top prospect at the time.

Carlos was drafted in the 2014 MLB draft in the first round, he was the third overall selection. He was chosen by the Chicago White Sox. Other teams that he has played for are the San Francisco Giants in 2022 and then the New York Yankees since the 2023 season. The two-time All-Star pitcher pitched a no-hitter on April 14, 2021.
