Jac Caglianone's NIL deal

Jac Caglianone is a college baseball player for the Florida Gators baseball team, representing the University of Florida in the sport of baseball. He joined the Florida Gators in 2022 and plays as a pitcher and first baseman for the team. In his freshman season in 2022, Caglianone played in 28 games, including 27 straight starts as a designated hitter to end the season. He batted an impressive .288/.339/.548 with seven home runs, six doubles, 27 RBIs, and 9 runs scored across 104 at-bats.

Caglianone was also named to the 2022 SEC All-Tournament Team and NCAA Gainesville Regional All-Tournament Team. In his sophomore season in 2023, he set a program and BBCOR-era record with 33 home runs. He also set single-season program records with 90 RBIs and 208 total bases. He was the lone player to start all 71 games for the NCAA Runner-Up Gators.

His performance on the field earned him the honor of being named the NCBWA District 3 Player of the Year, as well as ABCA/Rawlings First Team Southeast All-Region. He was also named a Consensus First Team All-American and the ABCA National Position Player of the Year.

Jac Caglianone has been making brand partnerships since March of 2023. It all started with his first NIL deal with The Athletic Collection on March 21st. The collaboration led to autographed posters of Jac being posted on The Athletic Brand's Instagram.

Shortly after, on April 13th, Jac partnered with Florida Victorious, promoting the brand through an Instagram post, further expanding his reach and influence. This was followed by another partnership on April 24th with Vortex Optics, a renowned optics wear brand. Jac shared an Instagram post showcasing their binoculars and endorsing the quality of their products.

As the year progressed, Jac continued to secure impressive brand partnerships. On October 23rd, he collaborated with Onward Reserve, a well-known clothing brand, by posting a promotion on his Instagram and sharing a discount coupon with his audience. Then on November 15th, when Rapsodo Baseball announced a deal with Jac along with other athletes, solidifying Jac's presence in the sports industry.

Florida Victorious endorsed him on November 17th for another brand endorsement. The momentum carried into the following year, with He made a historic brand endorsement on June 15, 2024, with two major brands, Fanatics and Topps. This groundbreaking partnership made Jac the first college baseball player to sign with both Fanatics and Topps, encompassing trading cards and memorabilia.
