Aidan Shaw is an American basketball power forward, who plays for the Missouri Tigers of the University of Missouri. After graduating from Blue Valley High School in 2022, he held offers from Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa State, Kansas State, Nebraska, TCU, Texas, and USC, among others but chose to enroll with Missouri. Shaw appeared in 32 games as a freshman, totaling 85 points and 55 rebounds. The following season, he played in 32 games with 10 starts, averaging 3.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 0.4 assists per contest. He led the team with 36 blocks and finished tenth in the Southeastern Conference.

Shaw was a 247Sports.com top 60 national prospect and also the highest-rated recruit to join the Missouri Tigers since 2017.

Shaw was awarded the 2022 DiRenna Award, bestowed by the Kansas City Coaches Basketball Association on the best player in the Kansas City metro region each year. He was recognized as All-State in both, his junior and senior years and was voted the All-Metro Defensive Player of the Year in 2022.

Shaw was also selected to the first team of the district and conference three times between 2020 to 2022, and in 2022 he was named to the first teams of the class and metro during his time at the Blue Valley High School. He won the High School Slam Dunk Contest at the 2022 NCAA Final Four in addition to averaging 21.2 points, 11.1 rebounds, 3.5 blocks, and 2.4 assists per game in his senior year. Shaw was second in Blue Valley's all-time career scoring standings and now owns the records for most blocks in a game (10) and rebounds (18).
