Sahnya Jah is a collegiate player for the Arizona Wildcats women’s basketball team in the Big Twelve Conference. Sahnya Jah is in his junior season and plays as a forward. She started her career with the South Carolina Gamecocks in 2023. She moved to the Wildcats after her freshman season with the Gamecocks.

Jah played in 16 games as a rookie. She made her SEC debut at Florida, According to the South Carolina Gamecocks official website. Jah was suspended after 16 games, and she requested a transfer. According to the Arizona Wildcats website, Jah scored 3.1 points and pulled down 2.0 rebounds on average each game. Against Mississippi Valley, she pulled down a career-high seven rebounds and had four assists. In the Class of 2023, Jah was rated as the 40th best player overall. She helped Montverde win the 2023 GEICO High School National Championship and was named an honorable mention All-America by the WBCA.
