IPL 2018, KKR vs KXIP: Twitter reacts to Gayle-Rahul show in Kolkatta

KKR were the favourites going into the break after registering a mammoth 191 runs in their 20 overs.

Chris Lynn played a fantastic knock and Dinesh Karthik's innings at the end propelled the home team to a challenging score. It seemed like Punjab would struggle to chase with KKR's spinners being in fine form.

But Punjab's openers had different plans and after surviving the first over from Manvi, they tore KKR's bowling apart. They got off to a sensational start with the openers putting up a 96 run stand until it started drizzling at the Eden Gardens.
