#5 Michael Hussey (Batsman)

Mike Hussey became only the second batsman to score 700+ runs in a season

Mr. Cricket was the second batsman to score an IPL century after Brendon McCullum, playing for Chennai Super Kings. Michael Hussey came to the party in 2011, where he scored 492 runs in CSK's second consecutive title triumph.

A few years later in 2013, he won the Orange Cap for scoring 733 runs at an average of over 52, taking CSK to the finals. he was signed by Mumbai Indians for a couple of years before returning back to the yellows, where he got retired.

In January 2018, Hussey was roped-in by the Dhoni-led team as their batting coach.
