Shivam Dube was a player about whom everyone was sure that he will gain quite a considerable amount of attention in this year's IPL auction and rightly so many teams did try to buy him. Royal Challengers Bangalore had the final laugh. He brings balance to the side as he can hit the long ball and also pick wickets for his side.

He plays for Mumbai in the Ranji trophy. Just before the IPL auctions, he slammed 5 sixes off 5 balls which helped him to get a price of 5 Crores INR. Earlier he has also hit Pravin Tambe for 5 sizes in 5 balls. In the Ranji season this year he has scored 454 runs and has taken 21 wickets. If Dube can put in a great IPL performance this year he can put pressure on Hardik Pandya as there are very few quality seaming allrounders in India and Dube is definitely one of them.
