Ishan Kishan

Rohit Sharma was brilliant as the captain. Mumbai Indians finished as the table toppers and also became the first team to enter the finals of the tournament, in a surprising turn of events to dethrone Chennai Super Kings in the last match of the stage league. Mumbai Indians did it again by defeating Chennai in the finals to become the first team to win four IPL titles. However, Rohit Sharma wasn't very effective this season. He looked out of touch and just like last year's IPL, had an average outing throughout the tournament.
However, the worst player for Mumbai Indians this season was Ishan Kishan. In his seven matches, he scored 101 runs, striking almost run a ball in the tournament. Ishan Kishan, who comes in as a wicket keeper batsmen, was given so many opportunities even though de Kock was filling his spot. Ishan Kisan should have played the in the middle order, considering how Hardik Pandya and Pollard had taken the command of lower-middle order. Ishan Kisan failed to overwhelm with his performance and had a poor outing this season.
