IPL 2019: Three changes RCB need to make in order to win their next game

This is a change which fans and experts have been calling for a long time but perhaps Kohli doesn't want to remove the faith he has placed on Mohammed Siraj. But it's high time that the young pace gun should be dropped because he has been utterly poor with the ball and has strayed in the wrong areas with his line and length and is a liability to the side when bowling at the death.

Dale Steyn was brought in as a replacement for Nathan Coulter-Nile and the IPL veteran should come into the side as quickly as possible. Navdeep Saini is sure to hold on to his place and when it comes to replacing Umesh Yadav or Siraj, Kohli has to be rational and pick Siraj.

Umesh Yadav is great with the new ball but the pressure on him that he has to bowl a couple of overs at the death has been growing on him and that has caused his failures. He was properly used at the start of the innings last season and picked up 20 wickets at an economy rate less than 8. He needs to be backed to finish his quota of overs before the 14th and let Steyn take on the death bowling duties.

Siraj, meanwhile has been tried out everywhere and though he's a young gun with a lot of energy, he's pretty low on confidence and has looked edgy and nervous whenever he has gotten the ball and needs to be replaced. Steyn is a very experienced campaigner who has made an unbelievable comeback to his national team and can deliver the goods for RCB.
