Chris Morris, the former Delhi Capitals player, went to the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL 2020 auctions for a whopping INR 10 crores. Some might say that the South African all-rounder isn't worth that amount of money but considering the skill set he brings to this RCB squad, he is an improvement on what the franchise currently have.

He is an all-rounder, who can bowl in the powerplay and at the death, along with that, he brings some much-needed firepower and depth to the batting department. Last season, playing for DC, he played 9 games and picked up 13 wickets, at an economy rate of 9.27, which is good when you consider someone who continuously bowls at the death.

He didn't do well with the bat though, as he scored just 32 runs in IPL 2019. But the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore is renowned for the batting wickets and short boundaries, hence, he would do considerably well for RCB than he did for DC last season. Most of all, Morris brings that much-needed experience to the bowling attack and he should play every single game for the Bengaluru franchise.
