#1 Beuran Hendricks

The South African pace bowler Beuran Hendricks was brought in by Mumbai Indians as a replacement for the injured Alzarri Joseph. However, MI already had a lot of pacers in the squad and hence, Hendricks did not get a game.

MI might not want to persist with Hendricks for the next season, as they already have bowlers like Lasith Malinga, Jason Behrendorff, Jasprit Bumrah, Alzarri Joseph, Mitchell McCleneghan and Hardik Pandya who take care of their pace requirements. With so many fast bowling resources already in the dug-out, the chances of Hendricks remaining with the defending champions are slim.

When Hendricks goes into the auction he might not be picked by any other franchise either, as he doesn't have a monumental CV that can buy him an IPL contract. He went unsold in an auction where fast bowlers were selling like hot cakes; this season is not going to be much different.
