Even though Sunrisers Hyderabad made it to the playoffs last season, they were nowhere near their best. The team looks batting heavy with stalwarts like Warner, Bairstow, and Williamson forming the top three, but does not offer much after that. Their middle-order was a merry-go-round last season. They have tried to bring in some fresh faces to change things around this season.

However, they haven't really addressed their bowling issues. Bhuvneshwar Kumar has struggled with his fitness while Siddharth Kaul, Khaleel Ahmed and Sandeep Sharma haven't performed consistently. Sunrisers' blunt pace-attack might hurt them in IPL 2020.
