Saurabh Tiwary was compared with MS Dhoni when he started playing, due to his hairstyle. He was picked up by Mumbai Indians in 2008 but never got to establish himself in the squad. It was in 2010 that he came into limelight when he accumulated 419 runs in the tournament. It was unfortunate that he wasn’t able to replicate this performance again. He also represented Royal Challengers Bangalore, Delhi Daredevils, and Rising Pune Supergiants. He then returned to Mumbai Indians in 2017 where he played one match. He was again sold to Mumbai for 30 lakhs but hasn’t got a game.

JP Duminy started to play in the IPL in 2009 after he was sold to Mumbai. His contribution with the bat was instrumental as the team reached the final in 2010. He then played for Deccan Chargers and SRH before moving to Delhi in 2014. He was made the captain of the squad in 2015 where he scored 414 runs in 14 matches but the team failed to deliver. He continued to play for Delhi until 2017. He currently plays domestic cricket for his home team, the Cape Cobras. He also plays for Islamabad United in the Pakistan Super League.
