The flamboyant Trinidadian has played for three different franchises in the IPL- The Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians, and Gujarat Lions. Bravo represented the Mumbai Indians in the first three editions (2008-2010). A vastly experienced T20 played, Bravo has played for several teams in the English county, Pakistan Super League, Bangladesh Premier League and Caribbean Premier League. He moved to the Chennai Super Kings in 2011 and played five seasons for them, from 2011-2015.

In his first year at Chennai, he won the title under MS Dhoni and has been a part of the squad that finished as the runners-up in 2012, 2013 and 2015. He donned the now-defunct Gujarat Lions jersey in 2016 due to the two-year suspension of Chennai and missed the 2017 edition due to injury. Bravo has been a priceless all-rounder for the CSK over the years and was bought by them in this year’s auctions using the Right to match card for INR 6.4 crore. In 106 IPL matches, Bravo has scored 1238 runs at a strike-rate of 125.94, with his highest score being 70*. Bravo has also taken 122 wickets at an economy of 8.15 with the figures of 4/22.
