However, he is yet to register a three-figure score in the IPL.The South African batter's best score in the tournament is 96, which came against the Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) in 2019. Speaking about his urge to score a century in IPL, Faf du Plessis told RCB:"I have really been quite intentional about trying to get hundreds. Finding gears I can work through that mid innings period and try to get an innings as we can get 75 plus."He added:"In the past, I always felt like I had a decent attacking game but I felt like there was another gear in terms of taking your strike rate from 130 to 150. At least sometimes 160 to 170 so I have worked on that a lot."Royal Challengers Bangalore@RCBTweetsWalk the Talk ft. @faf1307 Skipper said it at the start of this #IPL and he’s putting it into action every time he steps on to the field.
