This Mafia The Old Country weapon tier list will arrange all weapons from tiers S to C based on their overall damage, precision, and how useful they are in combat. The S tier consists of the best, and the C tier comprises some of the least valuable weapons in the game.

S tier

These four are some of the best guns in the game, and subsequently in the Mafia The Old Country weapon tier list as well. The Praecisione is the best rifle you can get in the game. It has 5/5 damage and 5/5 range, which means you can deal fatal shots from very long distances. It's an accurate weapon with high power. The drawbacks, of course, are that it has only 1/1 mag capacity and 1/1 fire rate.

The Carcano, on the other hand, is yet another powerful rifle. It has a higher mag capacity than the Praecisione, but has lower damage and a shorter range. It's still an effective weapon at relatively longer ranges and can be used during ambushes.

The Barker Model 11 is a shotgun possessing 5/5 damage and 4/5 firing rate, which is the same as the Cacciatore. However, it has a 5/5 mag capacity, giving it the edge in terms of Long Shotguns in the game.

Finally, the Barker Model 8 is an expensive rifle that has 5/5 mag capacity and 4/4 on every other stat, making it a solid companion and a versatile weapon for any situation. This earns it a place in the S tier in the Mafia The Old Country weapon tier list.

The Lupara Speciale is only available in the Deluxe Edition DLC. It's better than the Lupara and the Lupara Tradituri because it has a 2/5 range stat. Apart from that, its stats are the same as the other Luparas. However, this sawed-off shotgun gives you a slight edge over longer ranges.

The Vendetti Speciale is again only available in the DLC. It has a higher mag capacity than the regular Vendetti pistol, and its high damage and mid-range combat effectiveness make it a powerful option.

Finally, the Repeater is a great rifle for dealing with ambushes. When you're dealing with many opponents, its high mag capacity and medium damage come in handy, making it a strong candidate for the A tier in the Mafia The Old Country weapon tier list.

B tier

The Lupara and Lupara Tradituri have virtually the same stats, with the latter having a fancier physical appearance. These are sawed-off shotguns, which are great in close ranges and deal a ton of damage.

The Bodeo Nero is also a DLC-only pistol with medium damage and range, but its high fire rate and mag capacity earn it the B tier in this Mafia The Old Country weapon tier list. Meanwhile, the Pump-Action Shotgun is perfect in terms of damage and range only if you don't have any of the shotguns mentioned in the upper tiers.

On the other hand, the Cacciatore has a maxed-out damage stat, but struggles in terms of range and firing rate; this makes it less appealing than its alternatives. Finally, Vendetti is a great pistol to use in close to mid-range combat in Mafia The Old Country. However, it's not better than Vendetti Speciale.

Finally, the C tier consists of some of the least reliable guns in the game. The Modello C96 has very low damage and range. It's still an effective weapon if you have no other choice in the game. However, as compared to other handguns or rifles, it's not a strong contender.

Finally, the Bodeo is a revolver-style handgun. Its damage is surprisingly low for a gun that has a very powerful recoil. The reload time is extremely long, and the range is not enough to make up for its drawbacks. Thereby, it earns its place in the C tier in this Mafia The Old Country weapon tier list.
