Mercedes F1 is the German motorsport team that competes in the FIA World Formula 1 Championship as Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 for the 2025 season. The team debuted in Formula 1 in 1954 at the French Grand Prix and won its first driver's championship with Juan Manuel Fangio. With drivers Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg, the team won eight constructors' titles and seven drivers' titles, dominating the sport. The Silver Arrows won their first F1 world championship in 2014 and their second in 2015 with Hamilton. Then, in 2016, Nico Rosberg won the title following Hamilton's dominance from 2017 to 2020.
