Alexa Pano, a professional golfer, was born on August 20, 2004. She became the first person to make it to the national finals three times in the Drive, Chip, and Putt competition. Her five World Championships in U.S. Kids Golf (2011), 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2016 tie her for the most achievements.

Participating in the 2016 Yonex Ladies Open, Pano, then 11 years old, became the youngest golfer to ever compete in an LPGA of Japan Tour event. At the age of 13, she made her LPGA Tour debut at the 2018 Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic. That same year, she represented the U.S. and won the Junior Ryder Cup.

She was the youngest player to compete in the 2019 Augusta National Women's Amateur. She qualified for the U.S. Women's Open that year, setting a record as the youngest golfer to do so. She competed for the winning Junior Solheim Cup team in 2019.

Pano became a professional in April of 2022 and received her 2023 LPGA Tour card through Q-School. At the ISPS Handa World Invitational in August 2023, she overcame Gabriella Cowley and Esther Henseleit in a three-hole playoff with a score of 281, 8 under. Pano came in second place behind Lydia Ko in the season-opening 2024 Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, with a score of 276 under 12.

Alexa Pano Clubs

Alexa Pano’s Driver

Alexa Pano uses the Titleist TSR3 driver with an 8-degree adjusted loft. The Titleist Speed Project, which started with the introduction of TS three generations ago with the aim of giving players speed and distance, reached its zenith with the release of TSi in 2020.

The TSR range is the result of this initiative. The R in TSR primarily denotes refinement, and the reason for this is that it is only a slight advancement in technology compared to the remarkable TSi2 and TSi3 drivers.

Alexa Pano’s Fairways

Alexa Pano uses the same club she uses as a driver, Titleist TSR3, for her 3-wood and 5-wood. However, the degree of the loft is different; in 3-wood, a TSR3 is used with 13.5 degrees and in 5-wood, it is used with 18 degrees.

Alexa Pano’s Hybrid

Pano uses a Titleist 818 H1 hybrid; the Titleist lineup has included two hybrid models for a long time: the bigger H1 model and the smaller, more conventional-looking H2. The distinctions between these clubs are much more evident, at least when it comes to appearance, with the most recent version—the Titleist 818 hybrids.

The H1 resembles the 816 variant of the previous generation in terms of appearance and profile. It is a confident, inspiring, and powerful-looking club that will be a good fit for many amateur players. Given the large range of loft adjustability available, Pano found a good fit at 21 degrees.

Alexa Pano’s Irons

Pano uses two irons, both Titleist T100S, one with a 5-iron and the other with a 9-iron. Titleist T100s irons offer the appearance and feel of tour-level irons with added distance. However, this model is quite outdated, having been introduced in 2021.

The main way it achieves this is by being two degrees stronger than the T100 while still being set up to protect turf interaction. The T100s' narrow topline and small overall size make them appear like irons that belong in the hands of skilled players, as per Golf Monthly.

Alexa Pano Putter

Pano uses a Scotty Cameron Phantom X 5.5 Tour putter. For golfers who value forgiveness and stability above all else, as well as those who currently use a mallet, this is an excellent option. Both short and long putts are consistently made with the Phantom X 5.5.

Its superior performance can be attributed to its well-balanced design and timing. The pistol grip on the stock, which is thicker at the top, guarantees comfortable handling and improved pace and facial control.

Alexa Pano Wedges

Pano uses four Titleist wedges of SM9 Vokey with the loft adjusted to 46- degrees, 50- degrees, 54 degrees and 58 degrees. The shape and absence of SM9 offset provide confidence when hitting full strokes, and they look inviting with the ball behind them around the green, as per Golf Monthly.

It might be argued that the SM9's lower lofted wedges have a leading edge that is slightly straighter, which aids in alignment on full shots. In SM9, there are 23 distinct models with lofts ranging from 46 degrees to 62 degrees, along with the six grind options (F, S, K, L, M, and D).

Alexa Pano’s Golf Ball

One of the most popular balls on the circuit, Titleist Pro V1, is used by Pano. The new core is gradually softer toward the center, while the ball is harder along the edges.

According to Titleist designers, this feature encourages low long-game spin and quick ball speeds. The company claims that additional improvements to its production procedures have allowed it to maximize the new ball's consistency, both in terms of spin and speed.
