A decade earlier, in 2014, the tournament had a total purse of $6.2 million, with the winner's share of $1,116,000.

The purse had grown to this point to as much as $12 million in 2022. A steady growth with raising a few hundred thousand to a few millions, however, the jump from 2021’s $9.3 million to directly $12 million was huge.
