The P&G-owned LPGA Tour event, the Kroger Queen City Championship inaugurated in 2022. The event is run by Excel Sports Management and was held at the Kenwood Country Club in Cincinnati, Ohio, in the United States; however, from 2024 on, the venue has changed to TPC River's Blend.

At the 2022 event, Ally Ewing won with a final round 66 that included five straight birdies on the back nine. Southwest Ohio hosted an LPGA Tour event for the first time in more than 30 years. In May 2023, the tournament's purse increased to $2 million from $1.75 million, with the winner's share of $300,000 going to Min Jee Lee.

Who won the Kroger Queen City Championship in 2024?

The Arnold Palmer-designed TPC River's Bend in Maineville, Ohio, will host the 2024 Kroger Queen City Championship, which pits 144 players against a $2 million purse, from September 16–22, according to a press release, and so will be updated likewise. For the previous two years, Kenwood Country Club hosted the Kroger Queen City Championship.

Arcis Golf is the second-largest owner and operator of private, resort, and daily-fee golf courses in the United States. TPC River's Bend opened in 2001. The club played host to the EPSON Tour's Prasco Charity Championship and the PGA Tour Champions' Kroger Classic, as well as the Korn Ferry Tour's Chiquita Classic.

At the 2023 Kroger Queen City Championship, Minjee Lee defeated Englishwoman Charley Hull in a two-hole playoff with a final-round score of 71 to win her ninth LPGA Tour title. It is the eighth time in Lee's career that she has led into the final round and the sixth time that she has won, having started the day two strokes ahead of opponents Hull and leader of the second round Peiyun Chien.
